- We identify potential people issues facing a project and identify where communications activities can help to mitigate the risks.
- We guide key stakeholders on exactly what to deliver and when. We emphasise their critical role in leading change, ‘walking the talk’, communicating unknowns and owning the delivery of communication messages.
- We develop and execute the internal communications strategy, aligning this to the organisational change process and anticipating the future needs of the client business.
- We coach people involved in the change process. In passing on our knowledge and skills we better equip these individuals to face future change.
- We integrate with teams associated with the change. In this capacity we are frequently asked to work alongside larger Management Consultancies supporting organisational change projects.
